Curiosity got me

What a mixed bag of experiences! The shuttle's inefficiency and questionable room cleanliness left something to be desired. That said, the staff was generally warm and inviting, which brightened my stay. One visit was enough to spark curiosity, but I might consider a different hotel next time.

This was just a good pick for a momentary pause in Irving with fantastic value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable, which really helped me recharge. Consider confirming any amenities in advance to avoid disappointments.

The room offered a comfortable stay, especially with the extremely cozy bed. The air conditioning was exceptional, crucial for the Texas heat. On the downside, the bathroom was quite cramped with minimal storage, and the receptionist at check-in was unhelpful regarding special requests. The breakfast buffet was decent but could use more variety. Notably, salads at the restaurant were fresh and tasty.

The staff at the hotel really stood out for me. Deborah at the front desk was super friendly and a joy to interact with, making check-in smooth. The shuttle service to DFW Airport ran on time, which was great for my travel plans. I loved the breakfast buffet. Keith, the server, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Although the hotel has a charming atmosphere, the rooms felt dated, and I experienced inconsistent water temperatures in the shower. I had some trouble with the air conditioning unit not cooling properly at first. While the maintenance team addressed it quickly, it still disrupted my comfort. The second room I received was fine, but I wish I hadn’t had to move. I appreciated keeping my coffee cup filled and the warm cookies were a nice touch, but more updates to the facilities are certainly due to make this stay even better.

Incredible staff and service!

Had a pretty rough start, our first room was soaked and the elevator shook like crazy! They moved us upstairs, but the room was just meh – weird carpet coverage and a water puddle. But wow, the staff was super nice. The bar area was chill too. Just wish the ice machine actually worked!
